Spread over two levels of approximately 100 square meters each, it is set within a private garden of 1000 square meters, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The house features four generous bedrooms, three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, all equipped with quiet air conditioning and mosquito nets. One of the upper-floor bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom and a small terrace, while the ground-floor room is furnished with two single beds. There are four bathrooms in total, two on each floor, each complete with a shower and bidet.
The common areas include a large, bright, and inviting double living room with a fireplace and UHD TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, freezer, and microwave. Outside, two patios provide ideal spaces for al fresco dining: one with a built-in barbecue and the other with a large table for ten, sheltered from the sun.
